KARACHI (Dunya News) - A local court has ruled that Dua Zahra and Zaheer’s marriage is legally valid.
The case was being heard in the East Karachi Magistrate’s court, which announced its verdict on Dua Zahra’s plea for annulment of marriage.
The court dismissed the request to declare the Nikah certificate fake and stated that annulment should be pursued through the relevant legal forum.
Earlier, in compliance with a court order, Dua Zahra had been placed in her parents' custody.
