In meeting with PML-N Senator Irfan Siddiqui, former PM said PTI policies were harmful
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif said on Wednesday no one would be allowed to create instability in the country.
In a meeting with PML-N Senator Irfan Siddiqui, he said the young people of the country needed a peaceful as well as progressive society, where they get tremendous opportunities.
He said now the country was back on track due to positive energy led by earnest efforts of PM Shehbaz Sharif and CM Maryam Nawaz.
He regretted the PTI’s rule which, the PML-N leader called, a ‘regressive period’ in the country. He said if the PML-N’s 2013 era had continued, there would have been no need of the IMF now.
The elder Sharif said the people should expose those elements, which believed in creating chaos both within and outside parliament. He said these elements did not have the ability to resolve issues through dialogue.
