Calls for a tax-free IT sector to foster more opportunities for young people
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Alkhidmat Foundation has launched the Bano Qabil Programme across Pakistan with an investment of Rs3.5 billion.
Jamaat-e-Islami’s Emir Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said the initiative aimed to provide IT and other courses to one million youth, supporting their employment prospects.
He called for a tax-free IT sector to foster more opportunities for young people.

Emphasising the importance of youth as a national asset, Rehman said the programme sought to address unemployment through extensive training at over 200 centres in Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit and Azad Kashmir.
