IHC Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard Bushra Bibi’s post-arrest bail plea.
The court has also sought response from the parties in the case until next week by issuing notices to them.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer contended that Bushra Bibi was detained in this case since July 13 and the trial court had rejected the bail plea of Bushra Bibi.
The applicant has requested the court to fix the plea for hearing on upcoming Monday.
Justice Aurangzeb remarked that the case would proceed as usual and a new date for case hearing would be decided next week.
Consequently, the court adjourned the case hearing until next week.
It is pertinent to note that Bushra Bibi Imran Khan’s spouse moved IHC for post-arrest bail in Toshakhana-II case yesterday.
