QUETTA (Dunya News) - A bomb explosion occurred near a security forces vehicle in the capital of Balochistan, Quetta.
According to the police, the blast happened in the Bhosa Mandi area along the Eastern Bypass.
Authorities reported that 12 individuals, including one police officer, were injured in the explosion.
The injured were immediately taken to Civil Sandeman Hospital for medical assistance.
Following the blast, police and law enforcement officials quickly arrived at the scene and cordoned off the area.
The police stated that a bomb disposal squad has been summoned to assess the situation.
Initial investigations revealed that explosive materials were installed on a motorcycle, with a destroyed motorcycle found nearby.
