IHC disposes of Imran Khan's plea to stop expected military trial

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday disposed of the application filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, aimed at stopping his expected military trial.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb conducted hearing of the case.
The additional attorney general told the court that no decision regarding Khan’s military trial had been taken yet, hinting that law would take its course if any decision were made in this regard.
Furthermore, he said the government would approach civil magistrate before going to military court.
Later, the IHC disposed of the case after hearing arguments from Duggal.
