ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has ordered Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur to appear in court at 10 AM in a case against PTI leaders under terrorism charges.

During the hearing of Gandapur's bail application, Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra noted that there had been continuous violations of court attendance requirements.

Gandapur's lawyer, Raja Zahoor-ul-Hassan, submitted a request for his client's exemption from attendance. The prosecutor highlighted Gandapur's repeated non-compliance.

Judge Sipra remarked that Gandapur had previously sought medical exemption but attended a rally in Islamabad shortly after.

The lawyer assured the court that Gandapur would in the court.

The court ultimately ordered that Gandapur appear at 10 AM.
