Says approval for new houses, vehicles was given by caretake government

LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Information Minister Azma Bukhari has said Maryam Nawaz’s government has not approved any new houses or vehicles for the bureaucracy.

In a statement issued, she said the approval for the new houses and vehicles was given by the caretake government and CM Maryam had not given any such approval.

She said under the project approved by the interim government the total cost of the project was Rs1,644 million and expenses were Rs501 million. Only Rs200 million were set aside in the budget 2024-25, she highlighted.
