Nomination papers for National Assembly speaker, deputy speaker submitted

The NA speaker and deputy speaker will be elected on Friday
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Ayaz Sadiq, the PML-N nominee for National Assembly speaker's office, has submitted his nomination papers for the position.
Amir Dogar and Junaid Akbar Khan from the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) also submitted their nomination papers for the National Assembly speaker and deputy speaker slots, respectively.
Ghulam Mustafa Shah from Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has submitted nomination papers for deputy speaker role.
The National Assembly secretary accepted the nomination papers of the candidates.

The newly-elected MNAs have taken oath at the 16th session of National Assembly. As many as 96 MNAs took oath.
