Suggests opposition parties should be included in the charter
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has proposed a charter of economy to be signed by all political parties.
Chaudhry Shujaat suggested to include the opposition along with government parties for the charter of economy. PML-Q leader Chaudhry Salik Hussain conveyed Shujaat Hussain's message to Shehbaz Sharif.
Chaudhry Salik said Shujaat wanted a charter of economy to pull the country out of the economic crises. He said Shujaat also wanted opposition parties to be included in this charter.
"We should put politics behind and give priority to the country's economy. It should be the goal of every party to make Pakistan a welfare state by steering the country out of economic crisis," he said.
Salik further said the PML-Q would play an active role in development and prosperity of Pakistan, and public welfare.
