Unity govt in the making: Senate chairman, NA speaker will be from PPP, PML-N, respectively

PPP will not join cabinet
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) - PPP and PML-N have agreed to a power-sharing formula pertaining to the positions of senate chairman, deputy chairman, NA speaker, deputy speaker and governors of Punjab, KP, Sindh and Balochistan.
According to the pact, senate chairman, NA deputy speaker, Punjab and KP governors will be from the PPP, whereas NA speaker, Sindh and Balochistan governors will be from PML-N.
PPP will not be the part of cabinet of the federal government. In Balochistan, there will also be an allied government of PPP, Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) and PML-N.
PPP will have the CM slot whereas Balochistan speaker will be from BAP, and the governor will be from PML-N.
