LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) is set to unveil its manifesto for the upcoming general election on Jan 27 (Saturday).

The mainstream party is set to share its manifesto with the public quite late as elections are around the corner.

The manifesto titled "Pakistan ko sachay manshoor se Nawaz do" (Bless Pakistan with a truthful manifesto) claims that the party possesses the solution to all ills plaguing the country. The people deserve Pakistan of May 28, not May 9, it says.

The central theme of the PML-N narrative is anchored in the belief that Pakistan should be entrusted to Nawaz Sharif, emphasising his pivotal role in making Pakistan a nuclear power through the successful conduct of nuclear tests on May 28.

The party alleges that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) attacked state institutions and fomented social unrest during the May 9 riots.

According to reports, the manifesto outlines both long-term and short-term plans aimed at providing relief to the public. Additionally, it includes measures for reducing electricity bills and ensuring the completion of projects associated with the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC).
