Journey towards progress, prosperity will restart from where it stopped, Shehbaz says
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz President Shehbaz Sharif affirmed on Sunday that a sea of people will reshape Pakistan’s history by putting the stamp on the ‘tiger’ – PML-N’s electoral symbol – on Feb 8.
In a post on the social networking site X, erstwhile Twitter, the former prime minister stated that “after the Almighty, the power lies in the hands of the people. On February 8, a sea of people will emerge under the leadership of Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, which will mark Pakistan’s historic transformation by putting the stamp on the ‘tiger’”.
“God willing, the journey towards progress and prosperity will begin anew from where it had halted,” he added.

It's worth noting that the PML-N has released the list of candidates for the upcoming general elections. According to the list, PML-N candidates will contest elections for 212 seats in the National Assembly.
