Maryam vows to end inflation if PML-N voted to power
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Senior Vice President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz Sharif said on Monday the February 8 elections would not that be just a battle to win elections but to save the people from inflation.
She made these remarks while presiding over a consultative meeting regarding the electoral activities in NA-119.
Senior party leaders Pervez Rasheed, Ali Pervez Malik, Shaista Pervez, Maryam Aurangzeb were present in the meeting.
Election preparations were reviewed in the meeting, suggestions were exchanged on election activities in the constituency as the PML-N chief organiser appreciated the spirit and hard work of the leaders, officials and workers.
She said the people have suffered from many problems and they would vote only for Nawaz Sharif as he has given a major relief to the people during his previous stints in power.
She also mentioned that a practical program to get rid of unemployment and poverty has been prepared which would be implemented after the PML-N coming to power post February 8 polls.
