Fire erupts inside Police Lines Headquarters Islamabad

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - According to details, fire broke out in the godowns of the Police Lines Headquarters Islamabad on Monday night, Dunya News reported.
The blaze, started near the anti-riot equipment and uniform warehouses, spread quickly to other parts of Police Lines Headquarters, prompting the evacuation of nearby residential barracks of police personnel.
At least six fire brigade vehicles, one police water cannon and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort.
According to rescue sources, the cause of fire is not yet known. Rescue sources also informed that no casualty was reported in the incident.
