Lahore: PML-N launches anti-Zardari show

PML-N is taking out a protest rally today against the federal government.

Workers of PML-N have started arriving at Nasser Bagh from where the rally will move towards Bhatti Chowk .PML-N has made all preparations for the rally being taken out against corruption and price hike while the PML-N leaders visited the Bhatti Chowk, where the rally will conclude with speeches of party leadrs.Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif will lead the rally from Nasser Bagh. PML-N’s other leaders, including opposition leader Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Senator Raja Zafarul Haq, Senator Mushahidullah, Senator Pervaiz Rasheed, Khawaja Asif and others will attend the rally.All the surrounding aroutes of the Bhatti Chowk have been closed and more than 5000 police officials have been deployed there.According to the sources, PML-N will also make formal announcement of launching a movement against the federal government headed by PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif.The PML-N would take out protest rallies in November, train march in December and will launch long march in January.On the other hand, Pakistan People’s Party has also preparing for counter-attacks as PPP Punjab leader Raja Riaz has demanded that the Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif should resign before the rally.Meanwhile, Federal Minister for Information Firdous Ashiq Awan told the media in Islamabad that all he political parties enjoy the right to protest in democratic way but defence of democracy is also the responsibility of everyone. She further said that tonga parties have no importance.Moreover, Imran Khan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf will will hold a huge public gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore.
