Govt urged to observe Palestine Solidarity Day tomorrow

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Hafiz Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi has urged the government to observe Palestine Solidarity Day tomorrow (Friday).

He said Pakistan was not an ordinary country as it had its own army and a strong nation.

“The entire Pakistani nation should peacefully protest against the Israeli oppression against the Palestinians, especially at a time when the Muslim states were afraid of standing by the genuine cause of Palestine,” he said.

“India-held Kashmir is a prison for the Kashmiri brethren and same is the case with Gaza as it has been made a prison for the Palestinian Muslims. Currently, the Palestinians have crushed the prison,” Ashrafi said.

“Turkiye and Egypt had started sending their ships of aid for the Palestinians. We are taking the whole Muslim world on board for the freedom of Palestine. It seems Al Aqsa freedom day is near,” he said. He said Palestine Solidarity Day would be observed tomorrow in Pakistan and all across the Muslim world.
