According to details, the accident occurred in Sangjani area near Islamabad where a vehicle bearing government number plate and driven by a woman, identified as Nabila Samee, hit and critically wounding two youth.
The injured were rushed to PIMS Hospital where one of them died during treatment. Police have arrested the driver from the spot. According to police, the deceased was identified as Zarar.
