ECP moved for removal of PM Kakar, cabinet members
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A petition has been filed in the Election Commission for the removal of caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar and the cabinet members.
The petition was filed by lawyer Syed Waziruddin Kakakhel. In the petition, Advisor Ahad Cheema, Fawad Hasan Fawad and Principal Secretary Syed Tauqeer Hussain have also been requested to be removed from their posts.

In the application, it has been stated that the four persons have been part of the previous government and can influence the upcoming elections.
The petitioner stated, “If the caretaker government wants a transparent election, then these persons should be removed from their positions immediately.”
