Fawad’s counsel told the court his client could not attend proceedings due to illness of his mother
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former federal minister and PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry could not be indicted on Wednesday in the case of inciting government employees.
Fawad’s counsel Qama Inayat told additional sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra that his client could not appear before the court due to illness of his mother.
The court granted Fawad request for exemption from attendance and directed him to ensure his presence at the next hearing and adjourned the case till October 3.
