Superintendent Attock Jail seeks PTI chief exemption from appearance in 'un-Islamic' marriage case.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Citing security risk, the Superintendent Attock Jail has sought Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief exemption from appearance in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad in 'un-Islamic' marriage case today (Monday).

In response to the summons issued by a district and sessions court in Islamabad to produce PTI chief in the court on Monday (today), the Superintendent Attock Jail has written a letter to the civil judge in which he stated that chairman PTI is the former Prime Minister of Pakistan and is imprisoned in Attock Jail in the cipher case. He said that Judge Abul Hasanat Muhammad Zulqarnain is conducting the trial of the cipher case inside the Attock Jail.

Superintendent Attock Jail has expressed his inability to produce the PTI chief in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad due to security risk and said that the PTI chief should be granted exemption from appearance in 'un-Islamic' marriage case.
