Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party criticises current increase in petroleum prices
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) Secretary Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan said that the current increase in petroleum prices is like dragging the people on thorns.
Firdous Ashiq, in response to the increase in petroleum prices, said that the people have been bombarded with petrol once again. The increase in the prices of petroleum products is not acceptable under any circumstances, the caretaker government should try to provide relief to the people despite all the difficulties, she asserted.
The IPP's secretary added that the heart of the poor people can be won only by people-friendly decisions. The manifesto of IPP is the formula for solving basic public problems.
Dr Firdous Ashiq said that it is necessary for the IPP to come to power to solve the problems. IPP has brought the mission of peace and stability and economic prosperity in the country, she said.
