ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday rejected the bail petitions of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman in three cases.
ATC Islamabad judge Abul Hasnaat Zulqarnain announced the reserved verdict.
The court dismissed the bail petitions of the PTI chairman due to his non-appearance. The plea demanding exemption from personal appearance was also rejected.
Two cases were registered againt the PTI chairman in the Khanna police station and one case was registered in Bara Kahu.
The PTI chief was earlier convicted in the Toshakhana case and sent to prison for three years. He is also disqualified from holding any office for five years.
