Says majority of parliamentarians does not know about law
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Senator Ali Zafar of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Tuesday stated that legislation is taking place in the parliament, but the law script is not before us.
Speaking at a joint session, Ali Zafar said that the majority in parliament does not even bother to read the laws; they simply pass them without understanding their importance.
Senator Zafar further added that finding solutions to problems requires mutual consultation, but here it seems like sheep are being herded, and the sanctity of parliament is tarnishing among the public.
