The PTI leader said Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had to bow to IMF's demands

LAHORE (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court in Punjab capital extended bail of PTI Vice President Shah Mahmood Qureshi in three cases, including the Jinnah House arson.

ATC Judge Ejaz Ahmed Buttar heard the petition filed by the former foreign minister to seek extension to his bail. The PTI leader also appeared before the court to mark his attendance.

The judge has extended his bail till July 7 in the three cases registered at the Sarwar Road, Gulberg and Racecourse police stations.

Speaking to media outside court, Mr Qureshi said the government’s deal with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) would expose soon. He said there was a wide difference between the original budget presented in parliament and the document approved later.

He said planning was being made to come into power instead of ending the miseries of the public. He said Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had to bow to the IMF’s demands.

The former minister said the PPP and the PML-N were holding meetings in Dubai only to come into power, adding that Maryam Nawaz and Bilawal Bhutto were candidates for the prime minister’s slot.
