Nadra chairman to be appointed on merit, says Sanaullah

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Minister for Interior Rana Sanaullah said on Thursday the incumbent government was making all-out efforts to achieve progress in every organisation including the National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra).
Appointment of Nadra chairman would be made on merit, he told a private television channel. "There is no hurdle in the functioning of Nadra and everything is going on smoothly," he said.
He said the Nadra chief would be appointed by fulfilling all formalities including advertisement of the post in national dailies.
