IHC seeks record of cases registered against Hassaan Niazi

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court has sought details of the cases against PTI Chairman Imran Khan's focal person and nephew Hassaan Niazi.
His counsel Naeem Panjotha and Mirza Asif submitted before the court that the authorities should be barred from arresting Hassaan without court permission.
The court issued notices to the Islamabad police, the FIA and the interior secretary.
The court ordered to present the record of cases against Hassaan tomorrow (Thursday) and adjourned the hearing.
