Rejects the Judiciary's interference in the legislative process

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - In a surprising move, the Pakistani government unanimously passed a resolution against the Judiciary on Tuesday.

The resolution, which was introduced by Information Minister Maryam Aurangzeb, rejects the Judiciary's interference in the legislative process.

The resolution further demands that all elections of the assemblies be held simultaneously, and that the decision of the House was supported by a 4/3 ratio in case related to elections.

The text of the resolution also states that the judiciary should not interfere in the election commission and that all cases related to the election should be heard by the full court.
