Senate Standing Committee takes notice of cases against Imran Khan

A report was sought from IG Punjab on the death of PTI activist Zille Shah.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – On Wednesday, the Senate Standing Committee on interior took notice of the cases against former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Interior committee held meeting in the Parliament House on March 29 and details of the cases against the leadership of PTI including PTI chief were sought from the Islamabad IG . He was also directed to brief on the charges of terrorism against Imran Khan during his appearance before court.
In the meeting, Punjab IG was also called for a briefing regarding the Wazirabad attack on Imran Khan and the Interior committee asked for a report regarding the Zaman Park operation.
A report was sought from Punjab IG on the death of PTI activist Zille Shah.
