Dr Ishtiaq Ahmad delivers lecture in UCP
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Stockholm University Dr Ishtiaq Ahmad on Thursday delivered a lecture encompassing politics, Kashmir issue, and economy of Pakistan at the University of Central Punjab (UCP).
He attended the “Pakistan at 75” event organized by the UCP s Department of Political Science and International Relations as guest lecturer which entailed the discussion on civil-military relations, political culture, Kashmir, Afghanistan, and political diversity in Pakistan, and moved the audience to search for solutions to the country’s social, cultural, and economic problems.
The event culminated with questions and answers session followed by call to action by the professor for students to become more responsible citizens
