BHC orders to quash controversial statements case against Shahbaz Gill

A case was filed against Shahbaz Gill by a citizen over controversial statements.
QUETTA (Dunya News) - The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Thursday directed the authorities to quash a case registered against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill over controversial statements.
During the hearing of a petition against the registration of the case against the PTI leader, the BHC remarked that such cases were a mockery of the constitution and those against whom the statements were made should have filed the cases.
A case was filed against Shahbaz Gill by a citizen over controversial statements against state institutions. However, later the Insaf Lawyers Forum approached the high court against the case.
