Wazirabad attack case: JIT summons Sanaullah, Marriyum and Javed Latif

LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing the assassination attack on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan during the PTI long march in Wazirabad has summoned Minister for Interior Rana Sanaullah, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb and federal minister Javed Latif, Dunya News reported on Thursday.
Rana Sanaullah, Marriyum Aurangzeb and Javed Latif have been summoned at the CCPO Office on Dec 17.
Earlier, the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) had summoned PTI leaders Hamad Azhar, Yasmeen Rashid and Imran Ismail to record their statement in connection with the Wazirabad attack.
On Nov 3, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and other party leaders including Senator Faisal Javed were wounded and one PTI supporter was killed after gunshots were fired at the long march container in Wazirabad.
