PIND DADAN KHAN (Dunya News) In a tragic incident, seven people including a newlywed couple on Monday died in a traffic accident .
According to the details, a traffic accident took place near Tobar Valley on Khewra - Choa Saidan Shah road in Pind Dadan Khan area of Jhelum District where the procession vehicle went out of control and was crushed under the dumper. According to rescue sources, seven person including the bride, groom and his mother died in this incident, while several injured have been shifted to a nearby hospital for medical assistance.
The rescue sources said, “The accident occurred due to the brake failure of the dumper, while several vehicles were also hit due to the impact of the uncontrolled dumper. Rescue 1122 teams are present at the accident site while local people are engaged in rescue operations according to their capacity. However, due to the darkness, rescue operations are facing difficulties.”
