Saad Rasool and Abdul Moeez Jafri on constitutionalism and rule of law
Constitution allows federation to function despite it having provincial imbalances: Jafri
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Analyst Abdul Moeez Jafri Barrister Saad Rasool addressed the participants at the Indus Conclave presented by the Punjab group over the constitutionalism and rule of law.
Abdul Moeez Jafri, while addressing participants, said that constitution, despite its imperfections and rigid interpretations, allows the federation to function despite it having provincial imbalances.
Barrister Saad Rasool, in his address, said that constitution of Pakistan has several good articles and systems but there are also flaws in it. If some clauses of the constitution are implemented in letter and spirit will, in his opinion, lead to injustices.
