SC fixes Shaukat Siddiqui’s appeal against removal for hearing
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) –The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Thursday fixed former judge of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui’s appeal against his removal for hearing.
A five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial will hear the case on June 13 while Justice Sardar Tariq, Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan and Justice Mazhar Alam Shah will also be part of the larger bench.
On the other hand, the apex court has also issued notices to other parties including the Attorney General.
