ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The windscreen of Dunya News DSNG (Digital Satellite News Gathering) was broken due to stone pelting by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protesters at the D-Chowk in Islamabad on Thursday, Dunya News reported.
The incident occurred when police clashed with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protesters when they reached Islamabad s D-Chowk in the wee hours of Thursday on the call of PTI chief Imran Khan.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers and police came face to face during Azadi March at D-Chowk in Islamabad. The PTI protesters pelted stones at police and set ablaze trees at the green belts in D-Chowk while police resorted to tear gas shelling to disperse them. The DSNG of the Dunya News was also damaged during the clash.
Police armored vehicles also reached D-Chowk to combat protesters. The angry PTI protesters also set on fire a police armored vehicle.
