NAB cases: IHC fixes corruption references against Zardari for re-hearing

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Saturday fixed the National Accountability Bureau‘s (NAB) appeal against the 25-year-old filed corruption references against Asif Ali Zardari for re-hearing.
A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Athar Minallah will hear the case on Monday. The court directed NAB to prepare the case and not to waste any more court time.
NAB challenged Asif Zardari’s acquittal in Ursus tractor, ARY gold references. Meanwhile, the Accountability Bureau‘s appeal against Asif Ali Zardari’s acquittal in Cotecna and SGS cases is also being heard.
