Incumbent government is taking exemplary measures for the overseas Pakistanis, says Pervaiz Elahi
LAHORE (Dunya News): Speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has stated that as coalition partners they are working with the government to solve national issues in an efficient manner.
He said this during a meeting with President Pak Federation Spain Saqib Tahir and Senior PML-Q leader Chaudhry Tahir Kathala in Lahore. In the meeting, party affairs and national affairs were also discussed.
On this occasion, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that the incumbent government is taking exemplary measures for the overseas Pakistanis.
While appreciating the support of oversea Pakistanis, he said: “Overseas Pakistanis are playing a key role in strengthening the country’s economy.”
They are the biggest treasure of Pakistan, he added.
The PML-Q leader said that overseas Pakistanis send valuable remittance to Pakistan through hard work and struggle, day and night in a foreign land and contribute more and more in the development of the country.
