Balochistan assembly turns into 'battlefield' as opposition workers clash with police
The law-enforcement agencies baton charged the mob to control the situation.
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Torn shirts, mics yanked, chairs broken bore raw testimony to the high drama and bedlam that played out outside the Balochistan assembly ahead of the budget 2021-22 session of the province.
According to sources, Speaker Balochistan Assembly Abdul Qaddos Bizenjo was also not allowed to enter the assembly by angry workers and after being disappointed, he returned back.
The security forces managed to stop the angry mob after the workers of the opposition parties tried enter the assembly. Heavy contingent of police was then called in to counter the tense situation.

The opposition lawmakers had also locked all doors of the Balochistan Assembly to prevent the budget session from taking place.
