Govt's massive investment in skill development of youth started paying dividends: Dar
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar said the government s massive investment in skill development of the youth has started paying dividends.
In a statement on Sunday, he said more than 170,000 youth have completed their courses in high-tech trades from public and private universities under the ‘Skill Scholarship’ programme.
Usman Dar said the government had disbursed an amount of ten billion rupees among the youth under the ‘Skill Scholarship’ programme.
He said these youths were provided training in the high-tech courses of their choice under the technical and vocational institutes.
