No new coronavirus case reported in Charsadda, Gujrat, Jehlum in last 24 hours
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - During the last 24 hours no new coronavirus case was reported in three districts of Pakistan.
The rate of positive coronavirus cases in Charsadda district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and two districts of Punjab, Gujrat and Jehlum remained zero.
According to health ministry sources, 21 districts of the country are important in terms of coronavirus cases which include 8 districts of Punjab, 7 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while 2 districts of Sindh and Azad Kashmir each. One district in Balochistan and one in Gilgit-Baltistan are critical for the deadly epidemic.
According to sources, the positive rate of coronavirus cases is more than 5% in 6 districts of the country while it is more than 8% in 3 districts.
The highest rate of coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours was 14.29% in Gilgit.
On the other hand the positive ratio of Covid-19 cases in Charsadda, Gujrat and Jehlum remained zero.
In 24 hours, the rate of coronavirus cases was reported at 7.30% in Karachi and 2.96% in Hyderabad while it has been recorded at 1.36% in Lahore.
According to sources, the positive rate of coronavirus cases in Multan was 2.42 percent, Muzaffarabad 9.55, Mirpur 3.68, Quetta 7.78, Islamabad 1.49, Abbottabad 3.28, Mardan 1.60, Nowshera 1.96, Swabi 0.91, Bahawalpur 0.78 and Faisalabad 3.44%, while the rate of corona cases in Rawalpindi was recorded at 3.70%.
