Fire breaks out at furniture godown in Rawalpindi
Ten brigade vehicles and 35 firefighters are taking part in the operation to douse the blaze.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - Fire erupted at a furniture godown located in Dhoke Kala Khan area of Rawalpindi in the wee hours of Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, fire broke out in the furniture warehouse which spread quickly and also engulfed three adjacent houses. Fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and started operation the control the fire which is still raging.
According to sources, ten brigade vehicles and 35 firefighters are taking part in the operation to douse the blaze. The firefighters are facing difficulties in controlling the fire due to its intensity.
No casualty was reported in the blaze till filing of this report.
