Gas factory blast kills two in Rawat
A case was also registered against the factory owner.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – At least two people were killed and two others injured in an explosion at a gas plant in Rawat Industrial Estate.
According to details, the incident destroyed the building of the factory. The police and rescue agencies workers reached to the explosion site after the incident and shifted the injured in a hospital for medical treatment.
A case was also registered against the factory owner.
It is feared that oxygen supply in the twin cities may get affected as the factory was providing the vital gas to various hospitals of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
