PPP used PDM for political gain: Muhammad Zubair

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Former Governor Sindh and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Muhammad Zubair has accused the PPP of using Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) for political gain.

He said this while talking on Dunya News program "Dunya Kamran Khan Kay Sath". He said that PML-N is the largest party in Punjab adding that we were capable of making the long march successful against the government.

Replying to a question, Muhammad Zubair said that PML-N is not backing away from resignations but PPP, no one can accuse us of any deal. Nawaz Sharif s return was linked with the long march to break the PDM.

He said that every party in PDM has different procedure. Asif Zardari linked the issue of resignations with the return of Nawaz Sharif. The situation worsened on the issue of Senate opposition leader.

Talking during the program, PML-N leader Muhammad Zubair admitted that there was a rift in PDM even before the PDM sent show cause notices to PPP and ANP.
