Governor Punjab urges people to take coronavirus third wave seriously
Spread could get out of control if government guidelines are not taken seriously: Ch Sarwar
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Governor Punjab Chaudhry Sarwar on Tuesday urged people to take third wave of coronavirus seriously and avoid unnecessary meetings and travel.
Governor Punjab, in a video statement, said that hospital are under pressure due to rising cases of the virus and warned that the spread could get out of control if government guidelines are not taken seriously.
He further said that Pakistan cannot afford United Kingdom (UK) like situation. He also paid tribute to healthcare staff for performing duties in such testing times.
