SC reserves verdict on Justice Isa's plea on live telecast of review petition
Justice Isa has sought live telecast of hearings on review petitions.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) on Thursday reserved verdict on Justice Qazi Faez Isa’s plea seeking live telecast of the hearing of review petitions.
Justice Faez Isa, while giving arguments during the hearing of the case said that government instead of spying on judges should focus on its job. I am alone and I am standing like a rock, he added.
It merits mention that Justice Qazi Faez Isa has requested the Supreme Court to order live broadcast of the hearings of the review petitions against the judgement in the case pertaining to the presidential reference against him.
