SC issues verdict regarding formation of bench over Justice Qazi Faez review petition
The apex court has forwarded the review petitions to Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has on Monday issued verdict regarding formation of bench over Justice Qazi Faez Isa review petition.
The apex court has forwarded the review petitions to Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed and stated in its decision that the CJP holds the authority to form the review bench as well as a larger bench.
The top court further added that the bench which gives verdict on a case also hears the review petitions generally. The judge which pens the decision is a mandatory part of the review bench.
