IHC to hear Asif Zardari's bail plea on Sept 23
Two member bench of IHC will hear the bail plea
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) will hear bail plea filed by co-chairman of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) and former president Asif Ali Zardari on September 23.
According to details, two member bench comprising of Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Kayani will hear the bail plea filed by Asif Ali Zardari in a case regarding suspicious transactions of Rs8 billion.
Earlier, Asif Zardari filed the plea to avoid arrest by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in fake accounts case.
