Toshakhana Reference: Accountability Court orders to freeze vehicle ownership of Nawaz, Zardari
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Accountability Court has ordered to freeze the ownership of vehicles of former President Asif Ali Zardari and former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in the Toshakhana reference.
The court upheld NAB’s decision to freeze the former President’s two BMWs and a Lexus vehicle, as well as Nawaz Sharif’s Mercedes.
According to details, the accountability court has ordered to freeze the vehicle ownership of Asif Ali Zardari and Nawaz Sharif in the corruption reference filed for acquiring the gifted vehicles from the country’s treasury.
Accountability court judge Syed Asghar Ali ordered the four vehicles to be remain under NAB custody.
