Fire gutted hosiery, shoe godown in Sargodha
Fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot and started operation to douse the blaze.
SARGODHA (Dunya News) – Fire erupted at a hosiery and shoe godown situated in Rail Bazar area of Block No 2 in Sargodha on Monday night which spread very quickly and engulfed more than a dozen shops and godowns in the surrounding, Dunya news reported.
Fire brigade and rescue teams reached the spot after getting information and started operation to douse the blaze. Fire brigade faced difficulties to contain the fire due to encroachments in the area.
The rescue sources said that no one died or wounded in the blaze. However, valuables worth million of rupees was destroyed by the fire. The cause of fire is not yet known.
